Ingredients

  • ( 4 x 15 cm) White tortilla bread
  • ( 1 grams) Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ( 1 cup) Black beans, boiled and drained
  • ( 1/3 cup) Frozen corn kernels
  • ( 1 medium) Tomato

Method

  1. You will need two (2) tortillas to make one (1) quesadilla.
  2. Open a tortilla and place the grated cheese on top.
  3. Spread the black beans and corn on top of the cheese.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top.
  5. Heat a pan. Cook the quesadilla in the pan for 3–5 minutes. Flip the quesadilla and cook for a further 3–5 minutes.
