Ingredients

  • ( 3 cup) Green beans
  • ( 2 1/2 cup) Mushroom, raw
  • ( 4 tbsp) Vegetable oil
  • ( 2 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
  • ( 6 tsp) Reduced-salt soy sauce
  • ( 4 tsp) Oyster sauce
  • ( 1 bunch) Fresh coriander
  • ( 1 cup) Brown rice

Method

  1. Cook the rice, following the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat a large frying pan. Add the oil and then the garlic and cook for 10 seconds.
  3. Add the trimmed green beans and cook for five (5) minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  5. Serve with rice and fresh coriander.
