Ingredients

  • ( 250 grams) Lean Pork
  • ( 2 tbsp) Soy Sauce
  • ( 3 tbsp) Ginger
  • ( 30 grams) Kombu or Dashi
  • ( 5 cup) English Spinach
  • ( 1.6 L) Water
  • ( 1/2 tsp) Black Pepper

Method

  1. Cut the pork into strip 0.5 to 1 cm in width and then add the soy sauce and mix to coat the pork.
  2. In a large pot add the water and the konbu, the finely grated ginger and roughly chopped greens.
  3. Slowly bring to a boil and then add the sliced pork and cook for 5-10 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
  4. Remove the konbu and serve into bowls evenly sharing the pork and greens in each serve.
