Ingredients

  • ( 300 grams) White fish, raw
  • ( 1/3 cup) Plain flour
  • ( 1 large) Egg
  • ( 1/2 cup) Breadcrumbs
  • ( 2 tbsp) Olive oil
  • ( 3/4 medium) Sweet potato

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (C).
  2. Set up three bowls. In the first, place the flour. In the second, place the egg, and whisk the egg. In the third, place the breadcrumbs.
  3. Cut the fish into 3cm strips.
  4. Coat the fish, first with the flour, then with the egg, and finally with the breadcrumbs.
  5. Cut the sweet potato into chips. Coat them with the oil.
  6. Place the fish fingers and chips on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
