Ingredients

  • ( 500 grams) Bassa fillet raw
  • ( 6 tbsp) Olive oil
  • ( 7 medium) Tomato
  • ( 7 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
  • ( 1 long) Raw red chilli
  • ( 1/2 bunch) Fresh parsley
  • ( 3 slice) Mixed-grain bread
  • ( 1/2 tsp) Ground black pepper
  • ( 1/2 tsp) Cooking salt

Method

  1. In a medium pot, add half the oil, then add the sliced garlic and chilli. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add the diced tomato.

  4. While the tomato mixture cooks, heat the remaining oil in a pan. Cook the fish for three (3) minutes on each side.
  5. Serve the fish with the crazy water and a slice of toasted bread.
