Ingredients

  • ( 4 medium) Pink Lady apple
  • ( 1 cup) Cream cheese, reduced fat (5% fat)
  • ( 6 tsp) Honey
  • ( 40 grams) Milk chocolate

Method

  1. Cut the apple into rings and remove the centre so it looks like a doughnut.
  2. Place the chocolate in a bowl and cook in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it is melted. Be careful not to cook the chocolate for too long.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the choclate and honey.
  4. Spread the cream cheese over the apple ring.
