  • ( 8 slice) White bread
  • ( 4 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
  • ( 12 tbsp) Olive oil
  • ( 5 medium) Tomato
  • ( 1 bunch) Fresh basil


  1. Toast the bread in a toaster.
  2. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub on the toasted bread.
  3. Dice the tomato and tear the basil leaves. Combine with the olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  4. Put the tomato mixture on top of the bread, and serve.
