  • ( 400 grams) Gnocchi
  • ( 1/2 medium) Brown Onion
  • ( 3 cloves) Garlic
  • ( 2 tbsp) Gravy Powder salt reduced
  • ( 1 cup) Low Fat Cream
  • ( 1/4 bunch) Continental Parsley
  • ( 1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
  • ( 1/4 tsp) Iodised Table Salt
  • ( 1 1/2 tbsp) Olive Oil


  1. Let the gnocchi soak in boiling salted oiled water for about 5 minutes, then drain the water.
  2. Fry the onion in a little oil. Press the garlic and add it.
  3. Then add mushroom and gravy and mix everything together, then add the cream. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the pan, mix with the sauce and let it heat up briefly.
  5. Stir in the parsley and serve sprinkled with the parmesan if you wish.
