Ingredients

  • ( 3 regular) Wholemeal flat bread
  • ( 1 medium) Green capsicum, raw
  • ( 1 medium) Red capsicum, fresh
  • ( 2 cup) Cheese mozzarella
  • ( 3 cup) Mushroom, raw
  • ( 1 cup) Fresh kale
  • ( 1/2 tsp) Dried oregano
  • ( 2/3 cup) Low-salt/no-added salt tomato paste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (C).
  2. Cut the vegetables into 2cm pieces.
  3. Pull the pita bread into two halves. Spread tomato paste on each side.
  4. Add the cheese and then the vegetables.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
