Ingredients

  • ( 100 ml) Lemonade
  • ( 1/3 cup) Low Fat Cream
  • ( 1 1/4 cup) Self-Raising Flour
  • ( 1/2 large) Egg

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220c. Add lemonade and cream to flour, mix to form a soft dough, then place on a floured surface.
  2. Knead dough to a 2cm thickness and cut with a floured cutter.
  3. Place close together on tray, brush with beaten egg and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
