Ingredients

  • ( 1 medium head) Iceberg lettuce
  • ( 2 medium) Cucumber, unpeeled
  • ( 2 medium) Brown onion, raw and peeled
  • ( 5 medium) Tomato
  • ( 2/3 cup) Lemon juice
  • ( 3 tbsp) Vegetable oil
  • ( 1 tsp) Cooking salt

Method

  1. Wash the vegetables well.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and cucumber into small pieces.
  3. Combine the cut vegetables in a large salad bowl.
  4. Store the salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
  5. Add the salt, vegetable oil, and lemon juice just before serving.
