Ingredients

  • ( 2 cup) Rolled Oats
  • ( 5 pieces seeds removed) Date
  • ( 2 cup) Dried Apple
  • ( 60 ml) Water
  • ( 2 tbsp) Vanilla Essence
  • ( 1/4 cup) Desiccated Coconut

Method

  1. Blend oats in a high-speed blender or food processor until they’re a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the apple, coconut and vanilla and process. Slowly add the dates and water.
  3. Start with 3 tablespoons of water and add more if required.
  4. Scoop out the mixture, slightly dampen hands, roll into balls and coat in more coconut.
