  • ( 4 small) Raw chicken drumstick
  • ( 2 medium) Red capsicum, fresh
  • ( 2 medium) Tomato
  • ( 2 cloves) Raw garlic, peeled
  • ( 3 tbsp) Olive oil
  • ( 1/2 tsp) Dried oregano
  • ( 1/2 tsp) Cooking salt
  • ( 1 cup) White rice, raw


  1. Cook the rice, following the instructions on the packet.
  2. Slice the peppers into thick wedges.
  3. In a medium pan, add the chicken to the pan. Brown on all sides.
  4. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes, peppers, and 200mL of water to the pan. Cook for 15 minutes on high heat.
  6. Serve with cooked rice.
