Ingredients

  • ( 2 regular) Flat bread or pita bread
  • ( 100 ml) Tomato puree commercial
  • ( 1 medium) Red capsicum, fresh
  • ( 1 cup) Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ( 1/2 cup) Baby spinach, raw

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (C).
  2. Spread the tomato puree over the Lebanese bread in an even layer.
  3. Add the cheese in an even layer.
  4. Top with capsicum.
  5. Place the spinach in a bowl with 40mL of water. Cover and cook in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drain and then place on the pizza.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
