Ingredients

  • ( 2 regular) Wholemeal flat bread (pita or Lebanese)
  • ( 1/2 cup) Hummus dip
  • ( 1 medium) Peeled carrot
  • ( 1/2 medium) Cucumber, unpeeled
  • ( 1/2 medium) Red capsicum, fresh

Method

  1. Cut the pita breads in half to make two pita pockets per pita bread.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: grate the carrot, slice the cucumber, remove the capsicum seeds, and cut into the capsicum slices.
  3. Spread the hummus on the inside of the pita bread.
  4. Fill the pita with the remaining vegetables.
